Captain Clark Owsley joined Serra
NJROTC in 2003. He teaches the NS-3 and NS-4 cadets. Captain Owsley retired
from the Navy in 2000 after serving 26 years. He was a Naval Aviator and the
Commanding Officer of Helicopter AntiSubmarine Squadron 6 and of Fleet
Aviation Specialized Operational Training Group Pacific. The Captain enjoys
golfing, physical fitness and spending time in his log cabin in McCall, Idaho.
