Junipero Serra High School NJROTC

The requirements to be selected as Cadet of the Month are as follows: (as stated by c/ MCPO Estrada)
Outstanding Cadet	Displays Honor, Courage, Commitment in all aspects of NJROTC
Excellent Academic Record	Cadet must have a minimum of 2.0 GPA
Community Service	Cadet must be involved in Battalion activities.
Unit Participation	Weekend activities, be involved afterschool (team practices, platoon duties, etc.)
Maintain Conduct	Be responsible, respectful, helpful and behave in a manner according to the regulations by Serra NJROTC and Serra High School. Uniform inspections must have grade of B (80) or higher on all Personnel Inspections during the month they are selected for.
Physical Fitness	Cadet must meet or exceed the basic physical fitness exercise requirements as outlined in the CFM
